It's apple picking season – stay warm

Fall is finally upon us. The leaves are beginning to turn and there is a crispness in the air. While pumpkin patch picking is always on our list of October to-do’s, we also love taking our little ones out to an apple orchard. Apple picking is a fun, family-friendly activity to kick-off your fall.We love apple picking and recommend it to all of our friends because typically there are enough activities to keep both the adults and kids entertained. How do you dress your baby when hiking the entire Appalachian Trail? (Video)

The Appalachian Trail stretches 2,200-miles from Georgia to Maine. Thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail with a baby sounds crazy for most people, but the Quirin family did it. On March 21, 2017, Ellie Quirin started the A.T. thru-hiking journey along with her parents, Bekah and Derrick Quirin. Six months and 10 days later, the Quirins finished their hike on McAfee Knob, Virginia.  “Ella’s Wool made it possible for Ellie to be comfortably adventuring outdoors with mom and dad- no compromises necessary.
