The Appalachian Trail stretches 2,200-miles from Georgia to Maine. Thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail with a baby sounds crazy for most people, but the Quirin family did it.
On March 21, 2017, Ellie Quirin started the A.T. thru-hiking journey along with her parents, Bekah and Derrick Quirin. Six months and 10 days later, the Quirins finished their hike on McAfee Knob, Virginia.
“Ella’s Wool made it possible for Ellie to be comfortably adventuring outdoors with mom and dad- no compromises necessary. We would only choose wool for ourselves on backcountry excursions, so why should we have to compromise for anything less for our daughter?”
~ Bekah Quirin
